Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding federal holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST may not be processed until the following business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We currently ship within the United States only via FedEx. The following shipping options are available at checkout:

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather events, and high-volume periods may affect delivery timelines.

Peptides are temperature-sensitive compounds. All orders are shipped with appropriate cold-chain packaging to maintain product integrity during transit:

• Insulated packaging with gel packs or dry ice as appropriate
• Vials are individually sealed and padded to prevent breakage
• Packaging is designed to maintain cold temperatures for 48–72 hours in transit

We recommend selecting Priority Mail or faster shipping during warm weather months (May–September) to minimize transit time and protect product quality.

All orders ship in plain, unmarked outer packaging with no indication of the contents. The return address will show Pure Excellence Peptides or a neutral business name. Packing slips inside the package will list the products ordered.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

We currently ship to all 50 US states and US territories. We do not ship internationally at this time. It is your responsibility to ensure that the purchase and possession of research peptides is legal in your state or territory.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Pure Excellence Peptides is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Re-shipment fees may apply. Packages that are not re-shipped within 14 days of return may be subject to a restocking fee.

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date at 916.923.8054.

We will work with the carrier to file a claim and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement shipment. Please retain all original packaging materials for carrier inspection.
