COA & Testing Standards
Every compound we supply is independently tested by HPLC and electrospray ionization mass spectrometry before release. A batch-specific certificate of analysis accompanies every order — not a generic lot document.
Our Testing Process
From synthesis to shipment, every batch passes a four-stage verification protocol before a COA is issued.
Synthesis & Purification
Each peptide is synthesized via solid-phase peptide synthesis (SPPS) and subjected to reverse-phase HPLC purification to remove truncated sequences, deletion products, and synthesis byproducts.
HPLC Purity Analysis
High-performance liquid chromatography quantifies purity by area percentage. We report the chromatogram peak data directly on the COA — no rounding, no estimates. Minimum release standard: 98.0%.
Mass Spectrometry Verification
Electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI-MS) confirms the molecular weight of each batch, verifying correct sequence identity and ruling out degradation, oxidation, or substitution artifacts.
Batch-Specific COA Issued
A certificate of analysis is generated for each individual production batch — not a generic lot document. The COA includes compound name, CAS number, batch number, purity %, molecular weight, and instrument data.
What's Included on Every COA
Our certificates of analysis are batch-specific documents generated from actual instrument output — not templated summaries. Each COA is tied to a unique lot number traceable to a single production run.

- HPLC purity percentage with chromatogram
- ESI-MS molecular weight confirmation
- Molecular formula and theoretical MW
- Appearance and physical form
- Storage and handling conditions
