All sales are final. Pure Excellence Peptides does not offer refunds or accept returns on any products for any reason. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
2. Chargebacks
If a customer initiates a chargeback with their bank or payment provider without prior written approval from Pure Excellence Peptides, the customer's personal and order information will be forwarded to a third-party collection company for recovery of the disputed amount.
